The small print, kept simple.

1. General

By ordering from us through Instagram, WhatsApp or our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and our policies.

2. Products

All our press-on nails are handmade. Because of lighting and hand-painting, the design, colour and shape of your set may vary slightly from the reference picture. Every set is made to order unless it is marked Ready-to-Ship.

3. Orders & sizing

• Custom orders: custom sizes, designs and lengths are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Sizing: it is your responsibility to give us the correct nail sizes. We provide a sizing guide, and we are not responsible for incorrect sizes. If you are unsure, please order a sizing kit first.
• Colour: colours may vary slightly because of screen resolution and lighting.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise.
• Full advance payment is required to confirm your order. For custom sets, we start work only once payment is received.
• We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & delivery

• We ship all over Pakistan with Leopards, TCS or M&P.
• Processing takes 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Please give us your complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for parcels returned because of incorrect information.

6. Returns, exchanges & refunds

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on press-on nails once they are sold. We will only offer an exchange or refund if:

• you received a different design or size from the one you ordered, or
• the product was damaged in transit. You must send us an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

No unboxing video, no claim.

7. Product care & disclaimer

• Press-on nails are for cosmetic use only.
• Glue and adhesive tabs are not included unless stated. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction to glue, so please do a patch test.
• Do not wear press-on nails continuously for more than two to three weeks.
• Keep away from children.

8. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started. Advance payment is non-refundable.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, photos, videos and logos on our pages belong to Clawspret. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our permission.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your name, address and phone number are used only to process and deliver your order, and are never shared with anyone except our courier partner.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update or change these terms at any time. By continuing to use our service, you accept the updated terms.
