Shipping

Every set is made to order, which takes 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed. We ship all over Pakistan with Leopards, TCS or M&P, and delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Please give us your complete address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for parcels returned because of incorrect details, or for delays caused by the courier, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & exchanges

For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges on press-on nails once they are sold. Custom sizes, designs and lengths are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We will only exchange or refund a set if:

• you received a different design or size from the one you ordered, or
• it was damaged in transit, and you send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

No unboxing video, no claim.

Sizing

Getting your sizes right is up to you, so please measure with our sizing guide or order the sizing kit first. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes given to us.
